Zebsite operates on a milestone-based payment structure for custom software, web development, and CRM projects. Payment schedules are agreed upon in writing prior to kick-off.
If a client chooses to cancel a project prior to the commencement of technical architecture or design work, a full refund of the initial deposit minus 5% administrative fees will be issued. Once discovery work and code development have commenced, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers for Meta Ads, Google Ads management, SEO, and hosting maintenance are billed in advance on a monthly cycle and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
